tak999 Terms & Conditions

To open an account with tak999 and use any of our services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. tak999 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.
• You are a natural person acting in your own capacity and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You have not been previously excluded from the tak999 platform or any related platform operated by our group.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress or undue influence at the time of registration.

Each person is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected for the same individual, tak999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets and bonuses, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your tak999 username, password, and any one-time authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

tak999 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify our support team at [email protected] immediately.

All activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been carried out by you personally. tak999 is not responsible for verifying whether each individual transaction was authorised by the registered account holder.

tak999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the approved payment methods listed on our platform. Approved methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may change at our discretion.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.

Failure to provide such documents within the stipulated time frame may result in the cancellation of the withdrawal request.

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. tak999 does not accept third-party deposits. Any funds received from a payment account that does not match the registered account holder's details will be returned to the source and the account placed under review.

tak999 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are credited to the player's bonus wallet and are not immediately available for withdrawal.

tak999 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that:

• Was placed on an event or market that was incorrectly priced due to a system error or human error;
• Was placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means;
• Is part of a pattern of activity that tak999 reasonably believes constitutes match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, or collusion;
• Involves a market that was suspended or closed at the time the bet was placed.

Game outcomes on all tak999 casino titles are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) supplied by our game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Microgaming. tak999 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are set by the respective game providers and are outside tak999's direct control.

• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing account restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tak999 staff, agents, or other players through any channel.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in a verified account (net of any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
